@naturally.sar ‘s Pumpkin Cheesecake Oat Bowl makes Autumn mornings so much cosier and so much more delicious 🎃 🍂 🍁....swipe for the drool worthy melt 🤤 🍰 .
Made using our natural cheese spread in @sainsburys and @asda stores today 😊 ...
🌱recipe 🌱

2/3 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup almond milk

2 tbsp cream cheese (natural)
1 tsp salted caramel sauce

Preheat the oven to 190c

Mix together the first 5 ingredients and pour into an oven dish

Then make the ‘cheesecake filling’ by mixing the cream cheese and salted caramel, and place it into the middle of the pumpkin mixture and cover it over

Bake for about 15-20 minutes depending on how firm you like it - I love the gooeyness of this so I only did 15, but for more of a cake then definitely leave it for like 25

This means that our dairy-free products are just as creamy and smooth as regular dairy products, but they also contain the same amount of live microbes which give yoghurt the functional fermented goodness it is loved for 💛. This means you don’t neglect your gut health just because you’re going dairy-free! Fermenting our products means they help with digestion, aid inflammation, supports the immune system and improves mood. While there are more and more dairy-free products on the market, you’ll be surprised to read the label to discover they’re not fermented or ‘live’. So make sure your gut is getting the good stuff, but Nush and ALWAYS read the label to make sure they contain the live cultures they claim too 👀 👀.

Cold, rainy Sunday’s need comfort carbs, and nothing hits the spot like @dumbbellsandoats super creamy mushroom pasta that is full of goodness, high in protein and is made totally plant based and dairy-free by replacing the cream with silken tofu and our almond cheese spread 🍝 😋. For those wondering where you can find our vegan cream-cheese, you can find it in @sainsburys stores, currently on offer too! Recipe below 😘
Recipe (serves 2-3):
For the cream sauce:
290g silken tofu, drained weight (@clearspringuk)
50ml of our natural cheese spread 🧀
3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 tsp found black pepper

Garlic mushrooms:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 large cloves garlic
120g chestnut mushrooms
50g oyster mushrooms

160g fettuccine, uncooked weight

Method:
Boil the pasta.
Blend all the ingredients for the sauce together.
Heat the olive oil on a low to medium heat. Add in the chestnut mushrooms and garlic. Cook for a couple of minutes. Add in the oyster mushroom and cook for another couple of minutes.
Add in the blended sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the pasta and stir together.
Add in 3-4 tbsp of the pasta water to make the sauce silky and cosy the pasta well.
Serve and eat immediately (the easy part 😉)

40g @momafoods gluten free jumbo oats
30g @kin_nutrition vanilla vegan protein
5g @chiaco chia seeds
1 apple chopped and sautéed in 1 tsp @sweetfreedomuk cinnamon syrup
1 tsp sweet cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Splash of almond milk
.
👉 Mix it all together and spoon in to a small greased skillet.
Bake for 10-15 mins at 175 degrees.
Topped with our almond milk yog (available in @sainsburys , more apple, a good drizzle of @livias almond caramel Dunx Dip and ofc some extra sweet cinnamon 👌
