Spooky season = mummified brownies 👀 👻 Hit

Spooky season = mummified brownies 👀 👻

150g white spelt flour
50g cocoa powder
100g sugar
250ml plant milk (we used oat)
100g vegan chocolate melted (we used 85%)
3 tbsp of our natural almond yog
100g vegan chocolate cut into chunks
white chocolate and candy eyes to decorate (optional)

Method

- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line a brownie tin with coconut oil and baking paper
- Mix the flour, cocoa, sugar all together until all combined
- Add the oat milk, yog, melted chocolate and finally the chocolate chunks and stir into one smooth batter
- Pour into the brownie tin and bake for 20mins
- Leave to cool before slicing into rectangles
- Decorate with candy eyes and a drizzle of white vegan chocolate to ‘mummify’ them
- Eat and enjoy 😋

3/4 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup runny nut butter
1/3 maple cup syrup
2 flax eggs
6 tbsp dairy free yog

2 cups oat flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
Tbsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Beat wet til smooth then gradually mix in dry. This batter should be nice and thick

Cream cheese layer:
1/2 tub of our almond spread
1 tbsp syrup

Cosy bowls are what it’s about this autumn 🍂 🍁. We 🤎 adding our new organic almond yog to oats to make them super creamy, tangy, delicious and ofc gut friendly. Hit save on this recipe for these cosy months…it’s salty, sweet, creamy and has all the flavours of autumn.
45g oats grounded into a flour
40g vanilla protein powder
200ml almond drink
50ml hot water
Large pinch of cinnamon
14g raisins
Pinch of sea salt

Cook the oats on the hob for about ten mins on a low heat, once cooked add 1-2tbsp of our natural yog and stir well. Top with more cinnamon, a sprinkle of sea salt, peanut butter, maple syrup and chai spiced granola (optional).
