Strawberry Coconut Protein Chia Pudding

Serves 3 – 10g of protein per serving

 

Ingredients

350g Nush Strawberry Yog

200ml coconut milk

60g chia seeds

Toppings (Optional but recommended):

Fresh strawberries (sliced)

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method

In a large bowl, combine the Nush Strawberry Yog, coconut milk and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.

Spoon into individual serving glasses or jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid and create a thick, creamy pudding texture.

To serve, top with fresh strawberries and desiccated coconut.
