Mango & Passion Fruit Chia Pudding
VEGAN – DAIRY-FREE – GLUTEN-FREE

Ingredients
100g chia seeds
300g Nush Mango & Passion Fruit Almond M.lk Yog
125ml dairy-free m.lk
30ml maple syrup
FOR THE TOPPINGS
50g Nush Mango & Passion Fruit Almond M.lk Yog
Handful of blueberries
Mango chunks
Granola
Toasted coconut flakes
Method
In a bowl combine the chia seeds, Nush yog, m.lk and maple syrup and place the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
When ready to eat split the mixture between two glasses/bowls and top with the remaining Nush yog.
Top with blueberries, mango, granola and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
