Blueberry Almond Protein Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1 – Protein 15g (no protein powder)

 

Ingredients

80g frozen blueberries

120g Nush Blueberry almond protein yog

100g frozen banana

30ml unsweetened almond drink (or any plant-based drink)

1 tbsp almond butter

10g chia seeds

Optional: 20g plant-based protein powder (for an extra protein boost)

Toppings (Optional but recommended):

30g granola

15g chopped almonds or other nuts

5g pumpkin seeds

Fresh blueberries (about 30g)

A drizzle of almond butter

Method

In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, Nush Blueberry Yog, frozen banana, almond milk, almond butter, and protein powder (if using). Blend until smooth and thick.

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

Top with your choice of granola, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, fresh blueberries and a drizzle of almond butter.

Enjoy immediately as a delicious and refreshing breakfast or snack!
