Banana and Chocolate Yog Bites
Ingredients
200g Nush natural almond yog
25g plant-based vanilla protein powder
1 banana
80g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Mix the Nush natural almond yog and protein powder together until there are no lumps
Chop up the banana into small pieces and fold into the yog mixture
Spoon this into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Add in the coconut oil (this helps make the chocolate runnier)
Dunk each yog cube into the chocolate until fully coated
Store in the freezer
