At Nush, we only use the largest, finest, nuttiest almonds in our range of yogs and spreads to make our products the very best… this is why we exclusively source all our almonds from Europe, including Sicilian-grown almonds.

Every almond used to make Nush is hand-harvested on a farm free from pesticides and chemicals, before drying naturally in the Italian sunshine. Sicilian almonds are also considered to be the most sustainable nut available on the international market, especially compared to Californian almonds; this variety is extremely water-thirsty, needing five litres to grow just ONE almond!

These nuts have an unmistakable, unique, and distinct taste with a lusciously creamy texture and luxurious mouthfeel. Naturally gluten and refined sugar-free.

Once the nuts have arrived at our artisan factory based in Greater London, we produce our own almond drink each week. This drink truly lives up to its name… unlike shop-bought alternatives that can contain as little as 1% almonds, our rich and creamy drink contains up to 20% pure European almonds! We then add live vegan culture strains to this drink and leave it to ferment overnight; the result is a creamy, silky, and tangy yog that is naturally sweet with a soft mouthfeel and delicate tang, containing billions of live cultures and plant-based protein.
