Vegan Choc Chip Waffles

Ingredients

70g oat flour

15g plant based vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup plant drink

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp cacao nibs

Nush raspberry almond yog

Blueberries

Raspberries

Peanut butter

Method

Stir together the oat flour, protein powder, cacao nibs and baking powder until fully combined. Mix in the plant milk and stir until a smooth batter forms.

Heat your waffle iron and grease with some oil or non stick spray. Add enough batter to the pan to fully cover it and fold the lid down to cook for a few minutes until crispy.

Repeat for the remaining batter and serve with yog, berries and peanut butter.
