Vegan Brownie With PB & J Frozen Yogurt


The Brownie
60g dark chocolate

2 heaped tbsp sugar

1 tbsp cocoa butter

2 tbsp natural almond yog

2 tbsp almond flour

The Frozen Yogurt
4 tbsp strawberry almond yog

1 tbsp peanut butter

1-2 drops of flavour drops (or syrup)


Preheat your oven to 170°C

For your frozen yogurt, mix your yog, peanut butter, and sweetener drops together until you like the taste, then put in the freezer whilst you make your brownie.

Melt your chocolate and cocoa butter/ normal butter together in your microwave until completely melted together.

Add your sugar and mix through well, then stir through your dairy free yog.

Add your almond flour, and stir well until you have a brownie batter.

Pour into your single serve dish, then bake for 7-10 minutes until risen slightly around the edges.

Allow to rest for 10-15 mins is it settles in the middle, and is not too hot.

When ready to serve, take your yogurt out of the freezer, mix well with a spoon, then spoon over your brownie, top with peanut butter, and serve.
