Strawberry milk baked oats

Serves: 1

Ingredients

2 heaped tbsp oat flour

1 tbsp wholemeal self-raising flour

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder

Sprinkle baking powder

Sprinkle bicarb

Splash water

To Fill:
2 tbsp strawberry almond yog

Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C

Mix all the dry ingredients together

Add water until you get a cake batter consistency

Add 3/4 to your oven proof bowl/ dish, then add 2 tbsp strawberry yogurt to the centre, making sure to leave 1cm around the edge.

Cover the top with the remaining batter and bake for 8-10 minutes, until risen

Top with fresh/ dried fruit and a splash of milk.
