Raspberry and Chocolate Baked Oats

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Take the oats, protein, seeds, natural yog, almond drink, banana and baking powder and blend until smooth

Pour into a oven proof bowl stud with chocolate buttons and raspberries

Cook for 25 mins

Serve with raspberry almond yog and enjoy

Ingredients

40g oats grounded into a flour

20g vanilla protein

1tbsp of milled mixed seeds

15g natural almond yog

200ml almond drink

1/2 mashed banana

1sp baking powder

15g vegan chocolate buttons

50g raspberries
