Protein Flapjacks
VEGAN – DAIRY-FREE

Ingredients
300g oats
150g vanilla protein powder
120g peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
150g Nush Natural Almond M.lk Yog
150ml almond m.lk
Handful of raisins
Handful of cacao nibs
Generous sprinkle of cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tin with coconut oil and baking paper.
Add all the dry ingredients and stir before adding the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined. Press into the lined tin and bake for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool and slice into 12 pieces.
Enjoy with slathering of Nush Natural Almond M.lk Yog and peanut butter.
