Pecan Pie Baked Oats

Ingredients
The crust….
2 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp vanilla protein
1 tbsp sugar or sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp natural almond yog
Splash water or plant drink
The centre….
1 tbsp pecan butter
1 tbsp natural almond spread
1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
Sprinkle cloves
Sprinkle cinnamon
Sprinkle nutmeg
Top with pecans
Method
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius
Make pecan butter by blending up roasted pecans (roasted for 10-12 mins) in a food processor with a big pinch of salt until they form a paste
To a small bowl, add 1 tbsp pecan butter and 1 tbsp almond spread, along with the spices and maple syrup. Mix until smooth and adjust to taste
Make your crust by adding all the dry ingredients, then adding a splash of water and yog. Mix until it forms a cake batter like consistency
Transfer into an oven proof dish and add the almond spread cheesecake mix to the centre
Top with pecans and bake for 15 mins
Turn the oven up to 200 and finish baking for a final two minutes
