Peanut Butter and Raspberry Blondie Batter Oats

VEGAN – DAIRY-FREE

Serves 1

Ingredients

45g oats

1tbsp vanilla protein powder

1tbsp peanut butter powder

2 tbsp of Nush Natural Almond M.lk Yog

100ml almond m.lk

100ml hot water

pinch of sea salt

1tsp vanilla extract

Jam and peanut butter to top (optional)

Method

Blend the oats into a flour using a blender. Add the oats to a pan with the remaining ingredients

Cook over a low heat for about five minutes until cooked, creamy and soft, stir often and add more liquid if needed.

Serve with jam and peanut butter.
