Peanut Butter and Raspberry Blondie Batter Oats


Blend the oats in a blender into a flour

Add the oats to a pan with the remaining ingredients

Cook over a low heat for about five minutes until cooked, creamy and soft, stir often and add more liquid if needed

Serve with jam and peanut butter


45g oats

1tbsp vanilla protein powder

1tbsp peanut butter powder

2 tbsp of natural almond yog

100ml almond drink

100ml hot water

Pinch of sea salt

1tsp vanilla extract

Jam and peanut butter to top (optional)
