
Passionfruit Matcha Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1 measure matcha
1/2 cup jumbo oats
Liquid of choice to desired consistency
Optional: 1 scoop protein or alternatively 1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
4 tbsp mango and passionfruit almond yog
Berries or fresh passionfruit
Almond butter
Method
Make your oats how you like (I like to cook mine even if they’re overnight oats), then stir through 1 measure of matcha, and your protein powder or syrup. Leave in the fridge to cool overnight.
Top with mango passionfruit yog and berries and whatever nut butter you fancy.
