Mixed Berry Cheesecake Oats
VEGAN – DAIRY-FREE
45g oats ground into a flour
15g vanilla protein powder
1/2 tbsp flaxseed
1sp baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
200ml almond m.lk
1 tbsp of Nush Natural Almond M.lk Yog
1tbsp of Nush Natural Almond M.lk Spread
1tsp Livia’s Caramel Almond Dip
1tsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place the oats, banana, protein powder, flaxseed, baking powder and salt into a blender with 200ml almond m.lk, blend until smooth and creamy.
Combine Nush Natural Almond M.lk Spread with Livia’s Caramel Almond Dip and maple syrup to create your cheesecake centre.
Pour half the batter into a oven-proof bowl, add the cheesecake centre, pour over the remaining batter and stud with berries, bake at 180 for 30mins.
