Mixed Berry Cheesecake Oats

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Place the oats, banana, protein powder, flaxseed, baking powder and salt into a blender with 200ml almond milk until smooth and creamy

Pour half the batter into a oven proof bowl, add the cheesecake centre, pour the remaining batter and stud with berries, bake at 180 for 30mins

Eat and enjoy

45g oats grounded into a flour

50g banana

15g vanilla protein powder

1/2 tbsp flaxseed

1sp bakjing powder

Pinch of sea salt

200ml almond drink

1 tbsp natural almond yog

1tbsp of our natural almond spread

1tsp Livias Almond Dip

1tsp maple syrup
