Jammie Dodger Baked Oats
VEGAN – DAIRY-FREE

Ingredients
45g ground oats
10g vanilla vegan protein powder
1tbsp ground flaxseed
Half a mashed banana
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla essence
pinch of sea salt
150ml almond m.lk
1 Jammie Dodger (or gluten-free alternative)
2 tbsp of Nush Natural Almond M.lk Spread
2 tsp of maple syrup
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Take a blender and add the oats, protein powder, flaxseed, baking powder, sea salt and almond m.lk, before blending together until you have a completely smooth and creamy consistency.
Next prepare the cheesecake centre, by adding the Nush Natural Almond M.lk Spread and maple syrup and mix.
Take an oven-proof bowl and place half of the oat mixture inside. Place cheesecake mix in the centre and add the remaining oat mixture, place a Jammie Dodger biscuit on top and bake for 20 mins.
