Jammie Dodger Baked Oats

Method

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees CelsiusTake a blender and add the oats, protein powder, flaxseeds, baking powder, sea salt and the almond drink before blending together until completely smooth and a creamy consistency

Next prepare the cheesecake centre by adding the almond spread with the maple syrup and mix

Take an oven proof bowl and place half oat mixture inside, place cheesecake mix in the centre and add the remaining oat mixture, place biscuit on top and bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees

Ingredients

45g ground oats10g vanilla vegan protein powder

1tbsp ground flaxseed

Half a mashed banana

1tsp baking powder

1tsp vanilla essence

Pinch of sea salt

150ml almond drink

1 Jammie Dodger or gluten free alternative

2 tbsp of our Natural Almond Spread

2 tsp of maple syrup
