Chocolate Orange Protein Muffins
VEGAN – DAIRY-FREE
100g oat flour
40g vanilla protein powder
50g spelt flour
1tsp baking powder
1tbsp of cocoa powder
1 flax egg
200ml almond m.lk
15g of maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
2 Nush Chocolate Orange Choc Pots
2 Chocolate protein bars cut into small pieces to top (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a muffin tin with 6 muffin cases.
Mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl and add the wet ingredients before mixing well.
Divide the mixture between the 6 muffin cases and bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
Leave to cool completely before icing with Nush Chocolate Orange Choc Pot and top with a protein bar chunk or dark chocolate.
