Chocolate Orange Protein Muffins

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a muffin tin with 6 muffin cases

Mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl and add the wet ingredients before mixing well

Divide the mixture between the 6 muffin cases and bake for 20 minutes until cooked through

Leave to cool completely before icing with our new choc pot and top with a protein bar chunk or dark chocolate

Ingredients

100g oat flour

30g oats

40g vanilla protein powder

50g spelt flour

1tsp baking powder

1tbsp of cocoa powder

1 flax egg

200ml almond milk

15g of maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt

2 of our Chocolate Orange Choc Pots

2 x Chocolate protein bars cut into small pieces to top (optional)
