Chocolate Orange Mug Cake


Serves 1


50g plain flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of cacao powder

1 teaspoon of light brown sugar

50ml dairy-free

50g Nush Natural Almond Yog

1/2 teaspoon of orange zest plus extra for topping

1 tablespoon of orange juice

1 square of dark chocolate (grated)

2 teaspoons of Nush Chocolate Orange Choc Pot


In a bowl combine the flour, baking powder, cacao powder, light brown sugar, dairy-free, Nush Natural Almond Yog, orange zest and orange juice.

Add 1/2 of the mixture to a large mug and then spoon the Nush Chocolate Orange Choc Pot into the centre. Cover with the remaining mixture and then place in the microwave for 30 second increments until cooked through.

Top with grated dark chocolate and extra orange zest. Enjoy!
