Chocolate Orange Baked Oats

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan

Blend all the baked oats ingredients together. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into an ovenproof ramekin and place the choc pot in the centre. Cover with the remaining mixture and top with dark chocolate

Bake for 15 minutes and top with clementine slices before devouring

50g rolled oats

35g chocolate orange protein powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

50g banana

160ml unsweetened almond milk
