Chocolate Chip Fudge Mug Cake

VEGAN – DAIRY-FREE

Serves 1

Ingredients

55g plain flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of light brown sugar

65ml dairy-free m.lk

50g Nush Natural Almond M.lk Yog

2 tsps of Nush Chocolate Fudge Choc Pot

Handful of dark chocolate chips

Method

In a bowl combine the flour, baking powder, light brown sugar, dairy-free m.lk and Nush Natural Almond M.lk Yog.

Fold 1/2 of the chocolate chips through the mixture and then add 1/2 of the mixture to a large mug.

Spoon the chocolate pot into the centre. Cover with the remaining mixture, top with the rest of the chocolate chips and then place in the microwave for 30 second increments until cooked through. Enjoy!
