Carrot Cake Oats


Serves 1


45g oats

1 carrot

½ banana

30g of vanilla protein powder

1tbsp of Nush Natural Almond Spread

2tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg and ginger

Small handful of raisins

200ml almond

1 tsp of maple syrup


Grate the carrot and mash the banana before setting to the side.

Take a pan and add the oats, protein powder, carrot, mashed banana, spices, raisins and almond before cooking on a low heat for five minutes, until the carrot is completely soft and cooked.

Finish with a tsp of maple, cinnamon and Nush Natural Almond Spread.

Pour into a bowl and top with Nush Natural Almond Yog and your nut butter of choice.
