Carrot Cake Oats

VEGAN – DAIRY-FREE

Serves 1

Ingredients

45g oats

1 carrot

½ banana

30g of vanilla protein powder

1tbsp of Nush Natural Almond M.lk Spread

2tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg and ginger

Small handful of raisins

200ml almond m.lk

1 tsp of maple syrup

Method

Grate the carrot and mash the banana before setting to the side.

Take a pan and add the oats, protein powder, carrot, mashed banana, spices, raisins and almond m.lk before cooking on a low heat for five minutes, until the carrot is completely soft and cooked.

Finish with a tsp of maple, cinnamon and Nush Natural Almond M.lk Spread.

Pour into a bowl and top with Nush Natural Almond M.lk Yog and your nut butter of choice.
