Carrot Cake Oats

Method

Grate the carrot and mash the banana before setting to the side

Take a pan and add the oats, protein powder, carrot, mashed banana, spices, raisins and almond milk before cooking on a low heat for five minutes until the carrot is completely soft and cooked

Finish with a tsp of maple cinnamon and our almond spread

Pour into a bowl and top with our natural almond yog and nut butter of choice

Ingredients

45g oats

1 carrot

½ banana

30g of vanilla protein powder

1tbsp of our natural almond spread

2tsp cinnamon

1/2tsp nutmeg and ginger

Small handful of raisins

200ml almond drink

1 tsp of maple syrup
