Breakfast Apple Crumble

Ingredients
The apple
1 apple
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 lemon juice
The crumble
1 tbsp oat flour
1 tsp vegan vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp oats
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp smooth nut butter
Sprinkle bicarb
Sprinkle salt
The custard
2 tbsp natural almond spread
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp syrup
50ml plant drink
Method
Peel apple with a potato peeler, Cut into cm cubed pieces
Put in pan on low heat with the sugar and lemon juice and cover for about 10-15 mins
Mash with potato masher when the apple is soft enough
Preheat the oven to 190
Mix crumble ingredients together in a small bowl
Put the apple mix in an ovenproof dish, top with the crumble
Put in oven for 15 mins at 190
Mix your custard ingredients together and whisk well until all lumps are gone
Put in the microwave in 10 second intervals until just warm
Pour the custard over and enjoy
