Strawberry Blondies

Serves 12

Ingredients

50g ground almonds

100g oat flour

80g coconut sugar

2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

125g strawberry sliced

50g chocolate of choice

100g macadamia nuts, roughly chopped

125g almond butter

100ml almond m.lk

120g Nush Strawberry Almond M.lk Yog

2 tbsp of melted coconut oil

Method

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Mix all the ground almonds, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.

Add the almond butter, m.lk, coconut oil and Nush Strawberry Almond M.lk Yog and stir. Fold in the chocolate and chopped macadamia nuts, then transfer into a square tin and bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

Wait for it to cool completely before slicing into 12 blondies.
