Strawberry Blondies

Serves 12


50g ground almonds

100g oat flour

80g coconut sugar

2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

125g strawberry sliced

50g chocolate of choice

100g macadamia nuts, roughly chopped

125g almond butter

100ml almond

120g Nush Strawberry Almond Yog

2 tbsp of melted coconut oil


Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Mix all the ground almonds, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.

Add the almond butter,, coconut oil and Nush Strawberry Almond Yog and stir. Fold in the chocolate and chopped macadamia nuts, then transfer into a square tin and bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

Wait for it to cool completely before slicing into 12 blondies.
