Health Benefits of Almonds

It’s no secret that we’re nuts for nuts here at Nush, that’s why we use so many of them! We selected almonds to be the main ingredient for our yogs, tubes and cheese spreads because they are delicious and nutritious. We make our own almond milk weekly at our nutty factory based in the UK; unlike many shop-bought almond milks, ours contain a high percentage of almonds (20% pure Sicilian almonds) – that’s more nuts than anyone else! Almonds are a nutritional powerhouse, containing a higher concentration of nutrients per gram than any other nut.
Packing our yoghurts full of nuts means that every pot of Nush is rich in nutrients and bursting with health benefits. Almonds are a natural source of hunger-satisfying protein. This essential nutrient is a building block for bones, muscles, cartilage, skin and blood, and is the ultimate gym aid. Our cheese spread contains 60 almonds per tub and is an excellent source of vegan protein for a post-work out snack!
