Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
350g Nush Protein vanilla fudge yog
150g vegan dark chocolate
Method
Break the dark chocolate into a heat proof bowl and carefully melt over a bain-marie or in small bursts in the microwave.
Add to a blender with the Nush Protein vanilla fudge yog and blitz until smooth.
Pour into 3 ramekins and place in the fridge to set for 4 hours.
