We selectively source our minimal ingredients to ensure our products never compromise on quality, taste or nutrition. That’s why we chose to only use Sicilian almonds grown on a family plantation in our products. Every almond is hand harvested, on a farm free from pesticides and chemicals, before drying naturally in the Italian sunshine. Sicilian almonds are also considered to be the most sustainable nut available on the international market, especially compared to Californian almonds; this variety is extremely water-thirsty, needing five litres to grow just ONE almond! It’s important to know where our ingredients come from, to ensure our suppliers share our ethos as a company; we even visit the almond farm in Sicily to ensure their farming practices are ethical and sustainable, ensuring our products remain the best.
